PROJECT LINKTHEO FENNELL
Clients Request
The brand needed a website that would match Fennell’s creative vision and perform at the top its class. Which is why they contacted us. Looking at the existing site, we immediately recognised its failure to display Theo’s pieces to their best effect, its poor navigation and what amounted to a dissatisfying user experience. All of which was negatively impacting on the brand and consequently, sales figures.
Finished Works
- For better content control we built a highly sophisticated content module, as well as created another custom module to optimize the site for search engines.
- Complex online store with sleek responsive design.
- Our team has integrated the site with a 3rd party warehouse management system, so it takes less time for site administrators to maintain both systems.
- Integrated all contact form inquiries to automatically create a corresponding support ticket through Zendesk. This provides the customer service department a better communication platform for back and forth inquiries and questions with customers.
